“This is a small summary of my experience working with Billy Buck and his staff. It recently came to me to sell a property which had been in our family for 65 years. It was a beautiful, well-cared for home located in a highly valued North Arlington neighborhood. It was also a cherished family home, full of years of memories and emotional ties. He is keenly aware of the way houses are built, the kinds of problems that can arise from unseen sources and he is astute in his judgment of what needs to be done to make the property have it’s best face forward. He is not wasteful of time or money. He listens. He looks. He is impeccable, organized, and he and his staff are efficient and communicate seamlessly between themselves and their client.

When situations would arise, especially when there was a need for Billy to convey some information to me, perhaps something I may not have understood or a next step, he always explained and offered me several options, never diminishing what my questions were but advising and encouraging.

I was referred to Buck and Associates from my Uncle who had previously had great success selling three of his properties in Arlington with Billy.
